Hi Guys Barry from the D.R. Just finished watching an interview with goldsilver.com founder and president, Mike Maloney and it raised some good points. The second blog is about Catalona defaulting. Catalona is a city in Spain that has to default on over 100,000 obligations. Children in care centers are some of the victims. I’m sure by now you’ve figured it out. Whenever Governments and their systems get involved with anything, it turns out not exactly as promised. I’ll be addressing my point in a moment but first I need to explain where I’m going with this.
I’ve always been very capable of scoring a verbal checkmate almost at will. Over time I’ve used these techniques with a wide variety of people ranging from Accountants to Rabbis. There are two rules that make this easy to accomplish. First rule when debating anything…. always try to remove the opposing side from their area of expertise. Don’t argue with a heart surgeon about transplants, it’s just not smart. Secondly research where the words being used originate from. You’ll checkmate them every time.
I’m a research buff on where words originate from all the way back to their Latin origins. The reason I do this is not to prove anybody wrong or win a debate over confronting views. I do this to open people’s minds as a closed mind will ultimately be the costliest thing you will ever own.
Case in point. Ask anyone what is the costliest thing they will ever own? It’s 100% predictable you’ll always get the same answers. Fluctuating from either the cost of their home or raising children to health issues or education. It’s pretty much always the same answers. My point…. a closed mind will cost you all of the above, including your health, your marriage, your relationships, your family, your friends, your investments and your peace of mind. See my point? It will end up costing you everything. So isn’t that actually the costliest of all when you come right down to it?
Back to where I was headed with this. You will notice Government always uses systems in congress claiming it’s in the name of progress. Government comes from two Latin words Gubernatio and ment. Gubernatio means to control and ment translates to the mind. Government means to control the mind.
The word system came from the roman times it was the term used for the transfer of human waste out of their cities, The System. So let’s recap as this is what is really meant. When the Government is saying anything about one of their systems what’s actually being said is:
……. a bunch of S**T trying to control your mind, it’s actually that simple.
So if con is the opposite of pro does that mean that congress is the opposite of progress? I’ll leave that one up to you to figure out. This is one of the biggest reasons to consider relocating to enjoy a simpler way of life. Cut down on the level of interference by any of these systems. That’s just one of many reasons why the Dominican Republic works for me.

” Mike Maloney tells Ben Bernanke to “Quit and Close the Federal Reserve! Welcome to Capital Account. The FOMC’s two day meeting starts today and the ECB will meet later this week, amid the heightened expectations that the central banks are moving toward new actions. But, according to the Wall Street Journal, doubts linger as to whether central banks even have the tools to fix the economic problems they face. A lot of the money the Fed has tried to pump into the economy has wound up right back at the Fed.”
And Next Victim Is Canalona Spain
“The crisis in Spanish regional governments continues to escalate. El Pais reports Catalona Will Not Pay Hospitals or Private Centers and 100,000 workers are affected. This month, the Government of Catalona cannot tackle payments owed to hospitals, schools, residences, social organizations, and children in care centers and workshops. These are the services provided by entities, public and private, funded by the Government but managed not depend on it. The move affects up to 7,500 associations and some 100,000 workers…” “according to the third sector. The news that the Government could not meet its commitments this month was confirmed on Monday after several days of negotiations with the affected entities. Sources from the Departments of Health and Welfare explained ten days ago it “could not meet the payments this month.” Welfare, however, has ensured that other non-contributory pensions paid or the minimum income. The federations that warn-grouped after an emergency meeting with Social Welfare that many of them are on the verge of “collapse” in a situation “unprecedented”. And is that the default is added to other cuts that have affected the sector this year, as 56% of the budget on labor market policies. The Catalan Association of Relief calculated that 63% of companies cannot meet the payroll this month. To alleviate this choke, Acra has asked for help from families, proposing that advance a couple of months of contributions. This is not the first time that the Government is obliged to defer payment of the concerts. It happened last September when he could only address 65% of the amount and the rest was paid by the end of the year. The idea that Spain can avoid a complete sovereign bailout seems pretty absurd at this point. The solution, of course, is a combination of default, a eurozone exit, work rule reform, and pension reform, but so far there is no rational discussion of those ideas at the highest levels…… ”
Mishs Global Economic Trend Analysis
Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn’t seem to be working. If your life is currently running around in circles, similar to a person on the outside of a spinning wheel. I encourage you to take a turn and relocate to the middle. You’ll find it’s barely spinning there. See you soon in D.R. this is Barry and I’m out.
I’m Dominican, and from what I’ve heard, Cuba is safer than Dominican Republic, however I’ve never been to Cuba, and I can’t tell you if this is true or not. But if you go to Punta Cana in Dominican Republic, in my opinoin it’s the safest place in the whole country and it has most of the best hotels in the Caribbean, especially Be1varo. Also, the Dominican Republic has many cities, like Santo Domingo, Santiago de Los Caballeros, Puerto Plata, La Romana, etc. It also has the highest point in the Caribbean, so if you like hiking, you can visit Pico Duarte that is over 10,000ft high. If you decide to go to the Dominican Republic, I would recommend you to visit these places: Punta Cana, Samane1, Ciudad Colonial, Pico Duarte, Puerto Plata, and Casa De Campo. Good luck.
